First of all, I want to thank everyone who gave to the little baby mentioned in the blog below.  Paul got to visit him while we were in Addis last week and he is doing very well.  The doctor has now grafted skin over the burn sites and he is healing well.

Here is a sweet, sleepy-baby picture of him with his mother.

We have received over and above what was needed to care for this little boy. Even though his care will be a fraction of what a several-month long hospital stay would cost in America, it is still a very large amount of money to the average person here. His bill of $2000 could be up to 5 years of salary for an average family.  So, please know that your giving has done a big thing! 100% of the money given will go to cover the complete costs of this little boy and his transport to Addis and the rest will be added to our benevolent fund to help other patients like him.

Thank you to so many who gave to someone in need!

44 All who believed were together and held everything in common, 45 and they began selling their property and possessions and distributing the proceeds to everyone, as anyone had need. 46 Every day they continued to gather together by common consent in the temple courts, breaking bread from house to house, sharing their food with glad and humble hearts, 47 praising God and having the good will of all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number every day those who were being saved.
