The first thing many people say when they hear we will be adding 11 kids to the compound over the next year is, “You need a playground!”  Nevermind the fact, that their houses aren’t quite finished.  We need a place for the kids to play.  And it is true.  Well, thanks to Bekah Pollock’s parents we have one now.  Her dad, spent a lot of his visit here working with local welders and workmen to build this playground!  It is so fun to see how much the kids love being together out there.  We still have several pieces to add.  But had fun dedicating it with hand prints and a prayer for no broken bones, by our ortho surgeon.

The tire swing with one of the kids friends, Solomon.

These two peas in a pod, enjoying some koolaid for the occasion.

The kids names and hand-prints, including the Ethiopian date and Gregorian date.
